Who we clean for
Our commercial work covers offices, shops, clinics, gyms and fitness studios, restaurants, salons, retail, preschools and day cares, wellness centers, co-working and shared offices, government buildings and commercial rental property. If people walk on it all day, we clean it.
We're based in Brooklyn and work across Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, the Bronx, Long Island and Westchester, so a business with two locations in two boroughs can have one number to call.

How a commercial job runs
Commercial work runs on flexible contracts, so you choose a rhythm that fits the floor: regular visits for the lobby and the aisles, or a one-time deep clean before an inspection or a reopening. Same-day service is available when something can't wait.
We schedule around your opening hours. A clean pass is wasted if the carpet is still wet when the first customer walks in, and carpets usually dry in 4 to 6 hours, so evening and early-morning slots do most of the work.

The entrance carpet and the grout by the door take the most traffic in any building. Grit comes in on every shoe and acts like sandpaper on the fibre, so a worn lane at the door is often wear, not just dirt.
